Women in Digital is a national membership-based organisation which connects, educates and empowers women in the digital and tech industry.

For more than 10 years, Women in Digital has collaborated with some of Australia’s leading technology organisations to deliver forward-thinking events, workshops and awards.

When establishing the agency in 2016, Holly made a conscious decision to underpin her operating model by three simple, yet very effective, and often forgotten, principles:

Be an advisor, not a consultant, to clients and candidates

Be immersed in the wider sector to provide support and authentic engagement and knowledge.

Holly sources, guides and attracts talent to facilitate successful placements for a number of c-suite roles, including CEOs, Chief Operations Officers, Chief Cyber Officers, Chief Digital Officers and Chief Innovation Officers.
